Politics-She won another one
Hillary is going to get the nomination, isn't she?
Why are people blind?
Why does it not scare anyone else that we stand a chance of having two family dynasties run the country for what could be 28 years?
Everyone says they want change, but they keep voting the same people in every time.

I was talking to a Fed the other day and he told me, without question and without blinking, that Hillary is going to be the next pres. (somehow, I could not finish typing in that last word.) Now, we all know that nobody can predict the future, but for some strange reason, he says its a "done deal". I laughed.

i hate to think and say it but you're probably right. ive come to believe that the fix is always in on elections. strange, it;s always the big establishment guys that are elected. not the regular joe blow who believes in traditional values, like fred thompson for example.

We have survived some really moronic Presidents during my lifetime.......We can survive one more. Gun owners MUST focus on this one though....if you split the conserative vote and get that woman elected I will personally hand you your card

hillary next pres?
it may sound odd, but, i beleive that if hillary does become the next pres, the people deserve what they get; they should know by now what it will be like under another clinton presidency.
hillary is "being nice" during the nominations...just wait...if "elected" pres...things will change...dramatically, i beleive.
FWIW...i beleive we'd be better off with hillary than with obama. i don't believe there's much of a future with this county if either of them gets elected, though.
i think the second amendment will become all but null and void under either one of them.
i feel, we as gun owners, have the best chances of retaining what we have now by installing one of the republican candidates as pres.
i'll farther qualify that by saying i believe guiliani and romney are the least favorable candidates when it involes gun rights, though.
i'm with jason_w, too...i hear the sound of fascism, marxism, socialism knocking if either are elected...

If I had some assurance by Huckabee that he wouldn't try to make his personal beliefs the law of the land, I might give him a vote. I've heard some interviews and I'm on board with a lot of his philosophies.
However, fundamentalist evangelicals do scare the stuff out of us notherners, even us non-left wing northerners. Many of us fear a theocracy as much as a left wing communist state in disguise.

Maybe I'm off here but as far as I see its Hiliary, Obama, the guy that ran with Kerry, can't think of his name. For the Reps, its McCain, Huckabee, Romney. All in that order. Come prelim time maybe things will change but I don't see Thompson or Paul in this one right now.

Those most likely to get the nomination and actually run for office, are the same ones that are most likely to do the most damage to this country.

Well Hillary only sort of won Michigan........
Michigan moved up its primary vote by several weeks and ticked off the DNC & RNC and as a result all the big candidates refused to take part in the primary or campaign here.
Obama and Edwards removed their names as they all had agreed too. Hillary did not and there fore was the only Democrat on the ticket (well Hillary and Tancredo).
In other words she suckered the other two into giving her the state....she gets all the delegates and it did not cost her any time or money.

No, there were no democratic delegates awarded, and only half of the normal republican ones.wm wrote:Well Hillary only sort of won Michigan........

"If you're gonna be a bear, be a grizzly"
the reason WHY were getting hillary, is because the bush administration totally sold out to corporate america, screwed the working class and wrecked the economy. i can only hope that the next time repuplicans are in charge, that the good of the country and the will of the people are foremost. it's gonna be a rough go with her in charge. hope our country survives it.
rebel, its not me, personally, its the populace at whole. look at the administration's popularity rating it's in the toliet. the vast majority of the populace will vote their pocket books in the upcoming election . they want change. i don't like massive swings from rep. to dem to rep again. change may hurt them more than i think. that,s why i wished the admin. would have been a little more middle class friendly. she,s definetly the other end of the extreme.
Personally when I see anything about "Hilly or billy" all I can think of is Nazi Germany and what happened there.
I would sure like someone to vote for which so far neither party has put up someone that I would vote for.
