Yeah, a 'jury' composed of people hand-picked to 'know nothing', unemployed (or they wouldn't sit on a jury for a week and be without pay), and probably TOTALLY misinformed by the prosecution as to what constitutes a 'violation'.As for Copeland, Perot said he may not like the verdict in his case, but it was issued by a jury fair and square.
On top of that, they are typically told that "jury nullification" is not legal, when in fact it is one of the ways our nation defends against tyranny. (http://www.fija.org/)
