Somebody mentioned this in connection with the 7-30 Waters M94 AE Rifle.

Well, just from my visual standpoint the top rifle looks to have a much bigger bore than a 7mm, and the one on the bottom which although is a 94 Winchester is much too old an example to be a 7-30 Waters.
I'd bet it's a pre-war 38-55.

That must be a cable TV series, I've never heard about it. I don't recognize the actors either.

It is much older indeed, 1987-1988 season. I think it was on ABC. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0094477/episodes

Yes, it's available on DVD. Google it.

The loading gate in that lower pic looks like an 1886. Poor shot & glare obscures some detail.

Then again, after playin' with it... it could very well be a 94AE.

I remember when that show was on TV. It had William Conrad and his two sons on it. It was a good clean show.

That's probably why it only lasted 6 episodes. Look at what's on TV now.

What was I thinking... not William, that was the fat guy that played the P.I. named Cannon.

Robert Conrad was what I meant.

James West. A little cocky, but he could back it up. Did his own stunts.
