I call it "The Lead Eyebrow."
Put some 151 on top and light it for a "Lead Eyebrow from Hell."

Whats the "splash of water" have to do with it?

I did hear that Osama had the worst case of dandruff that anyone ever saw as thats all they found was his "head and shoulders". :D
