My erstwhile Uncle Mac thought that trout fishing was very good in the area.....

Take a day and a one hour or so drive North on I-15 to Ogden. Go the the Browning museum, a must-see for any firearms enthusiast within 500 miles of the place. Stop on the way back at the Hill AFB museum, many many fine old warbirds in an excellent indoor setting as well as some outside.

Figure on spending the whole day, that's how long it will take, at least.

Second those comments.

Browning Museum is in Union Station. Plan on several hours depending on your interest. Be sure to talk to any of the volunteers there. They will have *lots* of additional information on the displays.

Union station also has a large train/rail display and a small car museum. Be sure to see both.
