I've seen this discussed elsewhere. But here's my take. For years I kept an AR-7 in my Jeep. The one time I really needed it, that little .22 lr even with a full magazine felt awfully meager. So, in that same situation, a single shot would have seem woefully insufficient.

I'll stick with my modified Mossy .410 model 500. Granted it isn't the largest gauge shotgun, but for the situation that gave me pause, five .410 slugs would be a better compromise.

my thinking is that would go nicely with a .44 or .45 shooter on my hip.

I ordered one in January and took delivery of it about a month ago. Very dependable and accurate. Brings a lot of fun back to shooting.

Pretty sure you could do this with a Ruger 10/22 (not that butler creek boat anchor) if somebody were of half a mind.

I bought a little Badger and really like it. Several days ago my distributor called me and said he had gotten in four more of these little wonders and did I want one more...in .22 Magnum!!
Heck yes and it arrived today. Looks exactly like the first one. So now I have a pair of them and if they come out in stainless I'll have another pair. Can't wait to shoot this one...if I can find any .22 magnum ammo.

The .22LR little badger is now on sale in the UK but at $387.00 ouch... :o
I have read some good reports and reviews on Rimfirecentral.
I'm still interested but waiting to see if the price drops.

IMHO a .22 Mag would take that to a whole new level. Not sure how much good the silencer would do on the Mag though.

After shooting the new .22 magnum Little Badger I decided that even though it shot extremely well with the iron sights it needed a red dot scope. I put a BSA on it and after a wee bit of adjusting and zeroing I got it where it shoots almost the same hole at 25 yards and about 3" at 100 yards. Bear in mind that it did a bit better than that at 100 yards with the iron sights. The red dot has a 5MOA dot so it pretty well covers up the bull at 100 yards. I was satisfied with that.
Today I found another red dot at the shop so I picked it up and brought it home and put it on the .22 Little Badger. Now both of them look the same.
These things are just FUN to shoot.
