A Plug For Cabela's

Post by Blaine »

My new-style Mitchell 300X needed a couple parts to go back together properly (I dropped a tiny washer  ). I was going to see if they had parts to buy. Instead, this thoughtful young man went to the back where he had one being returned to the factory and got the part for me off the trashed one....Wow! :)

Too even care enough about your problem is a giant step in the right direction.

Boy oh boy you got that right! Customer service is very rare nowadays.

Glad it worked out Blaine.
I do a fair amount of business with Cabelas and have always had good luck. As mentioned, sometimes their prices ate a little more but if you can hit their free shipping deals it mostly balances out. I've noticed that some places that have what appear to be good prices make it up by charging ridiculous shipping.

I've had one of their Visa cards for years and order from them whenever they have what I need. I've never been to one of their stores but I hope to some day.

Even their Visa people have always treated me well. A short time ago I got a phone call from them saying there was some unusual activity on my account. Sure enough someone had obtained my information. They canceled the card and had a new one in my hand in 48 hours.
