Ruger Tripple ( more combo photos)

Post by 2ndovc »

My McPhereson/ Rossi 92 in .480 Ruger that I got from Gary/ 1886 and my pair of Ruger consec.# 32H&Rs.

When we go hiking up at our cabin in the Alleghenys the Boys each get one of the Rugers and I've been packing the .480.

That's a big Hole

The .480's fun but it'll beat ya up a little. I need to get a larger looped lever, my hands are too big for it. The leather helps a little but she bites!

Nice triple combo :D !I have a ruger birdshead -blued & CC chambered in 32 H&R mag.It is a sweet shooter, but prefers Factory standard 32 S&W long for POA at 25 yards. The puma 480 stock has it been refinished? The stock wood looks nice.

Wow - that's awesome, but you better put something over the muzzle of that rifle before some critter decides to move in. That's big!!!

Hey Mike,

The boys are 18 and 15. They didn't have much exposure to the outdoors, hunting , shooting , boating etc. before I met their mother.
Slowly getting them interested in "Guy Stuff" as their mother calls it.

They both have a .22 rifle and the youngest got a "new" used H&R 12 ga. for his birthday. He'd been hinting that he wanted a shotgun. I told him we're going to start with the single shot and if he likes it we'll trade up.

Fun stuff.
