Surgery tomorrow

Post by carbluesnake »

Tomorrow I will have rotator cuff surgery to repair a torn tendon. Hopefully, this will give some relief to this 66 year old man. No rifle shooting for a while, and pistol shooting will have to be weak hand for a couple of months. A great time to improve those shooting skills. I will keep you all up on my progress.

Prayers for your quick recovery friend. My friend Bill had that done years ago. He is still doing fine.

Best of luck with that.

Prayers up. Will like to know how your rehab goes, because my orthopedic guy says that's the point I'm at too. I've been putting it off just because I can't afford to be off work for the 6-8 weeks he's saying I'll need.

God's blessing on you and your surgeon. Post surgery, pay attention to your therapist. Follow instructions. You'll come through with flying colors!

Don't do things too early. Friend of mine payed golf and went to hit balls too early. Had to have it done again, twice!!

I'm praying for you. I've had both shoulders done and you'll wonder why you waited so long to have it done. Therapy is much worse than the surgery/recovery.

Those surgeries are interesting to watch on camera. Ask if you can get a DVD - they ARE recorded.
