Marlin wood
Fellers, does anyone know the best place to go to buy some Marlin replacement stock and fore ends? I'm not sure if I want to go with a 'stock' stock or something upgraded a bit. Does anyone have any good idea's/websites to go look at?
I bought a really nice early '50's 336 .30-30 with a 24" barrel and the stock has been carved on a bit by someone with too much time and a sharp pocket knife This would be my chance to put something nice on it!

sure...
just go here: http://www.brownells.com/ and type in "marlin stock" in the search box and you'll get a good sized list of options.
If you need some parts to go with that they don't stock, go here: http://www.chasjonesgunparts.com/page/page/498048.htm
