2nd Lever gun kill

Here's a Monster 7 point I shot yesterday afternoon, the Winchester Ranger 30-30 put the whammy on him at about 120 yards. He ran about 30 yards and piled up. 2nd hunt with this rifle, 2nd Deer. I love this little rifle.

Nice job. I still hunt mostly with a Winchester 30-30. Actually my go to gun is a Winchester 94 Ranger 30-30. It has been a deer slaying machine over the years, though on a low streak right now.

I usually hunt with an AR 6.5 Grendel or AR .308 but I ran up on a good deal for this Winchester (same as yours) and I must say topped with a Leupold 1-4-20 pig plex it is a fantastic swamp carbine. It shoulders so easy and is very quick & nimble to use, I'm a believer now. Now its time for a few Does.
