Any one here heard from Doc Hudson lately, he hasn't posted since April of 2007. I hope he and Marcia are doing well.

I understand he has been VERY busy but is well. I don't think he has home web access.

I had been wondering the same thing and after a Google search a few weeks back found that he is very active here:

If he's active on another forum most likely he's abandoned us or was chased off like Junior and ScottT.

I don't think so Joe. His interests were changing... hard to believe, I know, but some folks move on to other things...

Junior was pretty much hounded off, IMHO. Always enjoyed his and Docs contributions.

Go on over to Cast Boolits if you miss Junior. He's a font of shooting knowledge (among other things). He also has a websiteThe Frugal Outdoorsman. LOTS of neat stuff.

Junior chose to leave because there were those on this forum that felt they had an obligation to be rude to him.

Junior chose to leave because there were those on this forum who wouldn't sit still for being jabbed in the eye with a sharp stick. He chose to post his view of faith and politics and he couldn't take the heat he generated.

I like him just fine when he talks guns and ammo. He seemed to think his view of our faith and politics should go unchallenged... might as well go after a hornet's nest butt naked with a ball bat...

I talked with Doc & Marcia a couple nights ago, both are well and quite busy.

My guess is you will find "Junior" just as sensitive to "incoming" as he was here..another one of those always willing to put XXXX on others views, especially if cover is provided from those willing to counterfire..Nate

Howdy Ji, good to see you amigo! Yep, Doc is busy with his culinary pursuits and Marcia is working towards another Doctorate.

Things are going pretty well around here, Ji, thank you for asking.

I wondered what happened to Junior and Doc. I sent Doc a couple of recipes I hope he found useful.
I imagine Junior is really apoplectic with Bobby Jingal down there.

The way I fish does involve firearms!

And just because a feller is wearing a kilt doesn't mean he ain't packing iron as well.

There are plenty more stashed here and there, but y'all get the idea.

It's good to see old friends again. You guys have often been in my thoughts.

Oh! Doc! I'm used to seeing you with a set of jeans and pan of biscuits. This new look has me a bit concerned!

Glad to see you're alive, well, and getting plenty of air.

Hey Doc, glad to see you back. We missed ya. You got suspenders holding that kilt up? With all that iron in there looks like you'd need 'em.
