did someone say "Mariners" ?

Mariners are on a tear. they just dumped the Cleveland Engines 6-1. puts them at 74-58, in the hunt.

even though Cubs are 58-75 i'm still a genetic Cubs guy. still review their World Series win from time to time. Mom died wearing her Cubs cap. it's genetic.

Love 'em!!!! And lookie what our farm system done brought us--a switch-hitting catcher that can hit the cheap seats from either side of the plate! Not to mention young J-rod, who I hope is gonna spend all that contract money right here in the Great Northwet! GO, M's!

Well Grizz, I can wish you best in American L., but I'm a longtime Braves fan! We spent probably 6-7 vacations from 1995-2004 in Atlanta watching 2-3 games.

Daughter took me to the Home Game this last Father's Day.
Just horrible.
I honesty think a good college team could have beaten them that day.
Glad to see they are doing lots better.

The day baseball teams started to fly the BLM flag at the stadiums was my last day of following baseball!

yeah, i hate the politics. but the M's are doing it right right now like windy says . . .

I'm a Cubs fan because Mom carried me to Wrigley before I was born to the ball games. that and Dad was a Spaniel guy, so, so am i. good stuff that runs in the family. mucho more better than the stuff that passes for sports now.

their world series win, after a 108 year drought, is epic. every game in the series was a good game and the final game was great suspense. every time it looked bad, it went good again.

sorry if this offends anyone, but it goes real deep in our past, and predates the black lies. well, there goes another kettle of stuff... Jesus will straighten it out, and then baseball will be fun again :!:
