I use Remington cases as the Winchesters are too thin in the web area. CCI BR4 primers, Hornady or Nosler 40 V-Max/Ballistic Tips, no difference on the target and 12 grs of W296. Bullets are sitter at the lands. This load is for my Ruger No1B 26" barrel. Pact chrony claims right around 3000 fps...

I used photoshop and resized to a 80x80 at 14k and then saved it using save for web etc and using the jpg compression to tailor the size down to about 4k. The original picture was 11mb. The simpler the background the less the memory required. Also watch the pixel per inch as well. I used 96 per inch...

Neighbor has 2 and sponsors more. They are great dogs. Tend to be a bit timid at the beginning but usually quiet and inquisitive. Murder on cats and squirrels or other small animals. Love to run and need space to run. Fenced yard or fenced dog park is suggested.

Bad bonding of the nickel to the steel and/or the pressure in the cylinder is expanding the metal just enough to debond the plating?
Should not be happening in any case.

I currently have a 6mm PPC gun, it will shoot 3/8" groups all day. Fun to shoot? Yes at times but the ammo build time can get in the way. I also have a Ruger No1B in .22 Hornet, with simple loads that require a lot less work, I can shoot all day, get 1" groups most of the time and love it....

What about a Martini model 12 In 22 KHornet in a short but stout barrel? A dear friend has one and it is a great groundhog getter. Not too heavy and accurate. Cheap? Maybe?

If you wear glasses and have to put safety glasses on top of them then there are NO binos that will work.
If you do not require corrective glasses then yes a better set of binos would be an asset.

First four of ? Numbers. May I suggest you go to Savage99.com. Lots of info and links. The serial number lookup is a bit weird but that is also due to the way Savage released the numbers during production. The letter code is difficult to read on some guns, use a magnifier it will help.

A Marlin 1893 TD made in 1896 28" octagon barrel and full mag in .30 WCF. After that a Win 92 pre WW1 in .25 WCF. Both are shooters.

I cannot complain too much about the barrel. It has pits and worn lands but with lead it does pretty well. With hardball, forget it. The bullets just spit out the barrel and go where ever they want. Handguns have been registered since 1934 in Canada. In 1995 they made it prohibited to own under 105mm barrelled guns and calibers under 380 Auto. It is also illegal to have the said ammo in your possession! For example all the WW2 Lugers instantly had ZERO value in Canada and anything else as well....

All the long guns are OK. The air rifle may get in without PAL if under 500FPS. The handguns with barrel lengths under 105mm are prohibited. I have a shooting friend who just got a LG 3d tv. Uses the same glasses as in the theatres. CHEAP no batteries required, just polarized glasses and works fantastic. My 3 yrs old Sony is old news now.

Yes on the ground they waddle and bounce about but in the air it is a different story! The Mitchell at one point was about 85 degrees right bank to hit the lane on its flypast. Beautiful!

Nothing like radials and Merlins at full song! Sweet music.

Open the unit to allow gas movement. Place in a cabinet with water absorber and use the gas with the largest atoms. Bigger the atom the harder it is to get pass the seals. Maybe should try to use thick rubber for the front face. Tends to seal behind the bullets, will keep the sand in and not need replacement as quickly.

You can turn the LPs at 45 rpm and then stretch the music back to 33 1/3 rpm in the computer. Makes the job a little faster but you can't enjoy the songs that way. :D

One thing to watch is that some of the unit have heavy cartridges at 3 to 5 grams vs good stuff at less than 2 grams.
