OT-Project Roller finally completed!

Well here's the finished project! Got the barrel home today, and ran right to the gun room and assembled the thing as fast as safely possible!
Hopefully get to the range this weekend and shoot her, if the monsoons don't hit and stop me!-Vall

Thanks guys! The hammer has actually been chopped way down! It's civilian sporting action, but the hammer was a donor off a military or shotgun Roller, so I contoured and ground it down. I laid it on top of my Sporter to match the shape and rework it.-Vall

Thanks again guys. Here's a run down of what was done.
Bought the receiver from a friend in Co. and it was a real #1 Sporter action, but had a military hammer and a shotgun breechblock and rotary extractor. I ordered a full round barrel from Green Mountain in .40 cal. 1-14" twist. Sent the action and barrel to John Taylor to have it fitted, contoured, and chambered to .40-65 cal. John cut it to 32" and tapered it .01" from chamber to crown. He also welded some large pits in the tang.
I sent two blocks of wood I had to Dave Crossno to have him semi inlet it to 90% stocks, then fitted them to the action and barrel, and fitted the engraved, skeletonized buttplate I got from Wind. Got a repro steel forearm tip from John King and fitted it to the forearm. Buttplate and forearm were left in the white to contrast the case colors and bluing. Stocks were stained with N35, and finished with 10 coats of Wipe-On Poly Satin.
Sent the receiver parts to Al Springer in Montana for case colors, and a local guy did the rust bluing on the barrel, and hot blued the block and hammer.
Other than the wood, I just did a lot of elbow grease and polishing, and fitting parts, then assembled it all when it came back in various pieces.
