There is no reason to expect the second amendment to grand unrestricted permission to keep and bear arms. Nobody is going to be allowed to carry a loaded belt fed machine gun or an RPG into the mall on Saturday afternoon. It, however, would be most helpful during the Christmas shopping season! :D
