Just wanted to mention for those of us who don't have two lifetimes worth of reloading supplies Sportsman's Warehouse has a new run of Hornady's 348 200 gr. FPs in stock, just went to pick up a gun safe I had them holding and picked up two boxes (all they had on the shelf).

Be sure to get a Lee Factory Crimp Die! The absolute best thing ever invented for loading the .348. I even bought a spare. I never did skiv any of my hulls, but I can see where that could help with the crimp, most of my Federal hulls crimped ok for me, just had a ton of trouble with the Remingtons.

From the looks of that recoil pad on the Pedersoli '86, it is built to handle some pretty stiff loads. That will be a serious big game rifle. That's what I thought, and I really like the looks of the but stock on the delux, it kind of looks like a tropical gun to me in the but stock/recoil pad area...

I have one, but I don't use it, it has to be big to hide my Ruger 45, plus it closes with three snaps, and velcro so it makes a ton of noise when you open it, and it is as big as a purse.

I had a BB in 375, it was a beautiful gun, the fit and finish was perfect, had it been a 356 I might still have it, no I would still have it just because I couldn't get reloading components for it, that's how I roll.
