I just sent the seller a message. I sure hope there is no way to load and/or "fire" that rifle. They are supposed to be non-firing, but I have not seen the Denix rifles up-close.

sven556, All of those "blemishes" are believeable, honest-use markings. I'll let the rust slide, this time. :D What you got is a "flat band" variation. Some find that particular front barrel band to be special. Very nice. May you use that rifle, the way it was intended to be used...
