Winchester recently announced they would commit to "larger than small runs" of former cartridges on a regular basis, if not annually. They specifically mentioned 7-30 Waters, 375W, 356W, 307W, and 348W. They also listed 25-20, 32-20, 38-40, and others.

Most sources say the Browning M71s were under 3300 for each of the 20" versions - standard or High-Grade; and under 3000 each for the 24" versions. That's for the 1986-87 production lots. That means well under 13,000 total for those guns. Considerably more "rare" than the Winches...
