Trijicon vs Leupold
I was at the local gun store purchasing a light and mount for my AR15 that I carry on duty and took a glance at some of the scopes that were available. I have always preferred Leupold but also know that the Trjicon is used by our US Military in one form or another. My dad looked at some of the Triji...

I carry a get home bag in the truck. No firearms in the truck unless I'm going hunting but I do carry spare mags and ammo for my handgun that I always have on me (Glock 23 40 S&W). If I were to carry a long gun I would probably pick a iron sighted 22 magnum bolt action with a good scope attached...

In reference to the pocket on the side, it works well for holding the hot hands. Helps keep your face and ears warm.

While I like the looks of a 73, I would go for the 92 simply because of the strength factor. The lighter weight of the 92 over the 73 is just a bonus.

I've taken two deer this year (first and second ever) with a 130 grn. Nosler Partitions in a 270 Winchester. Check your extractor as well. Too much carbon build up on the extractor can cause problems. Not saying Glocks are perfect but I trust my life to one every day (23-Compact version of yours). I would say Glock just for the simplicity not to mention reliability. The 23 (compact) is the perfect balance in my experience.
