Hey there 3leggedturtle! I would say Red Wings hands down! Spending ten hours a day on my concrete shop floor, they have served me well. Back when I was on job sites more, they were great whether I was working in the dirt or shingling a roof.

Just got back from an awesome four day trip with my 13 y/o in northern MN. After three days sitting in his stand, he got his first bear. :) He's shooting a Marlin 336y youth model 30-30 that I happened to spot in the gun store the day I went to buy his license. Jake is pretty small for his age, but ...

Hello, Planning a black bear hunt in MN next month....wondering what would be a good bullet/load for a Win. 94 .45 Colt? I had been planning on using my 38-55 but am kinda wanting to try hunting with the 45. I have a month or so to play around with some loads before I go.

Awesome!! Not many things are as fun or challenging as camping with the kids.
I was just thinking this afternoon that I need to get my 3 yo out for a trip - I know he'd love it just as my other two do.
I still like tent camping, my wife not so much - she's thinking a pop-up would be nice.
