I had the early 180 series Mini. Was totally reliable when you kept the chamber cleaned, and used reloads that had been resized with small base dies. Use a good clean burn powder, clean the gas port occasionally. Accuracy was around 3" at 100 yds, used it mainly for coyote shooting.

Assuming there are no marks already, and old style SA. Put an electrical tie wrap through the trigger guard and over the hammer and pull tight. Therefore rendering the gun inoperable and thus no drag line on the cylinder.
