For that reason, I have better luck with a 6 o'clock hold for a more precise aiming point. w30wcf That's a new one on me? Care to elaborate? I have some spare parts for my granddads K98 Mauser he brought back from WW2. An extra bolt, ejector, front wood band, etc. In any case I live around Houston where the humidity is always about 300%. I'm concerned concerned about these parts rusting and I'm wanting to put them in some container... So...

I just received my 444 Marlin back from Marlin repair shop. I had the Micro-groove barrel replaced with a Ballard rifled one. They charged me $155 which included parts, labor and return shipping. Only problem was I asked them to return my old barrel. They did not return it. Only shot it at 50 yards...

I purchased a 9422 w/ case coloring and custom "tex00nn" serial number. It's a fantastic rifle.
I think they do a mix of everything... But the one experience I had was positive.
I've also made several phone inquiries that were satisfactory...

I remember about 4 years ago I went to our local Gander Mtn. and there were at least 10 rifles on the racks (several of them Winchesters unfortunately) with rust on them. There is no excuse for a weapon to be rusting on the rack...

Anyone have any experience with this brand? in 8mm?
I have my Grandfather's K98 he brought back from WWII - but I've run out of ammo (I only had about 30 rounds to begin with).
Most the 8mm I see around is S&B, but I have no idea about their quality.
Any opinions?
