You are correct on the load for H110 and that bullet. It was my error. I have some loads with Lil Gun at 13 grains which is the maximum load. I do believe those loads were using 10.4 grains of H110 instead. I need to mark my loads better.

Well I am all out of IMR 4227 and I believe I will stick with Lil'Gun and H110 for my 44's. I was somewhat disappointed in the numbers across the screens. Hopefully that will be different with the other powders.

If I were hunting for moose in Alaska I would use the 45-70 but in my case it would be a Contender. Moose do not react to gunshots like other game. They seem to show little reaction to being hit at all so you have to make sure that you actually hit your moose. I may be wrong with what I am to say so...
