Thanks to all responders, The front sight is soldered on ( as best I can tell ) The sight seems to be ' curved to the right ; not vertical to the right.. I had a simple program on Linux that I could create a card file program, It prompted you to fill in Fields and created a 'Card' file for each record , also allowed a spread sheet print out. OK, I now remember, I was given a Gun Cabinet with stuff in it
( wifes cousin ).

I remember that they had a winchester Bolt in 22lr, I thought it was
a Model 70, Didn't look like the 75,
